My name is Dawn Joseph and I have been a personal trainer and group fitness leader for over 20 years. I have always loved my job. Why? Because I get to connect with people. To make a difference in their lives. To give them tools to see them achieve things they hadn’t even imagined before.
I’m a mom of two and I want to continue to participate in the sports I love. I have done an Olympic sailing campaign and traveled the world and I now love spending time kiteboarding, paddleboarding and skiing. My own personal core training prepared me and carried me through and beyond both pregnancies and has been the driving force of my success in sports and injury prevention.
I feel more passionate than ever about my desire to reach out to teach you the Truth and Tricks about the Core. I also feel the need to keep it real and design programs that fit busy lifestyles. My programs are short and efficient, getting you results in no time.
I offer direction, support and accountability.
So, why am I doing this?
For years I have seen a lot dysfunctional pelvis, many people with low back pain even after multiple treatment modalities, several abdominal separations and a TON of misinformation about what the core is and how to turn it on.
I want to be THERE for the people who are experiencing their own belly struggles.
We have the opportunity to be educated and proactive in order to do the best we can to promote healthy bodies at all stages of our lives. We all have a story and I can only hope that through the information you gain from me that your story is as positive and successful as possible.
