These classes are for individuals who want to:

Want to get more out of your ab exercises and gain a killer butt while you’re at it? This class will be packed with abdominal conditioning and core training inspired exercises…And don’t worry, your whole body will get a workout. Each week you will be challenged with new exercises and combos that really work your abs off!

A fitness class on a paddle board. You will learn to paddle as well as push-up, squat and plank your way through a fun and innovative workout on the water. The views are amazing! No paddle board experience necessary. Courses are instructed by certified personal trainers and SUP instructors. Boards, paddles,PFD’s and wetsuits (optional) are provided.
