What can you expect?
Super fun activities such as Bike n’ Beers ride, Paddle Boarding, Hiking, Core Class, Stretch Session, special guest presentations, healthy eats and great wine!  There is also unscheduled time in between to do what resets you best (meditate by the lake, go for a run, read a book or savour a cup of tea).
